I lose all hope when I see tnis doctor has been appointed to a board for maintaining high standards for psychotherapists, also that he is teaching the next generation of psychiatrists. I want other patients to know they are not alone and that they have as much intrinsic value as anyone else and their lives are not disposable, even if they have been treated as such.

Unhelpful. Patronising. Bullying hidden behind thin veneer of charm. Says he has put you on waiting lists for help you need when he hasn't and then gets angry if you pull him up on it.
