The appointment was for my youngest child and this was the first time with Dr. Booshehri. So, my wife took my child and arrived at the clinic 30 minutes before the appointment. At first, the receptionist made them wait outside with a form to be filled out even though inside there were chairs available for seating and waiting. My child can't stand for long, so he had to sit on the floor outside the clinic (Room 201). After a while, they were called in and started waiting, it was almost 2 hours waiting, and 1 hour 20 minutes past the appointment time, when my wife inquired about this, the receptionist said we sent the email and mentioned there will be 2 hours of wait time, well the email is attached with Google review, and see it for yourself if it says about the 2.0 hours of waiting time, it did not even have the address/location (which I found out later when confirming about the appointment). If there was a waiting time, why 2.0 hours and why would you schedule appointments hours before doctor's visit? This shows how disrespectful you are towards the patients and their time. Anyway the receptionist never maintained professionalism, and looked interested planning what to buy for next day's lunch. I asked my wife to walk out of that clinic right then without seeing the doctor. Not sure how the doctor is but the staffs are unprofessional with no dignities and no clues what they are doing.

As per my wife, she was pretty upset with the receptionists' behavior, also about the doctor being not courteous enough with the patients' times.

The staff and Dr. Hessami are wonderful, helpful and caring! It can be a while to wait but it’s worth the wait for Dr. Hessami’s keen knowledge and thoughtful treatments!

Best dermatologist i’ve been to. She is extremely knowledgable and helped both my acne go away and my hairloss. I tried some foams before and they were alright but the prp done at her clinic was amazing and was by far one of the most affordable prp prices ive found for a specialist’s clinic. I asked for prp as my friends have done it and it worked amazing and I would definately recommend it.
The acne medication was amazing too. It definately made my screen and lips go dry but i made sure to moisturize using what she recommended and now I have no acne on my face at all!

Zero knowledge. Super rude. Horrible wait time, in the waiting area and then again in the dr office. Did not even analyze the problem or try to find a solution based on the problem. Just gave me an already printed sheet that was hanging on the wall and told me that this is the only option. I came for hair loss.. she did not even tell me what kind of hair loss problem I have.. she only tried to make money off of me and told me to PRP or transplant. It would’ve been helpful if she atleast tried to diagnose the kind of hair fall I have. Honestly, doctors like this are a useless and our tax money is going to waste. Through the whole visit, she didn’t even let me explain anything in detail. She just said that these are the only 2 options.. but for what? You don’t even know what the problem is..

She presribed me a face cream with 2% of steroids. Two pharmacists said it was too harsh for your skin. When they faxed it to her to confirm, it took her days to respond and she said yes. Once I got the medication, it nearly burned my face off within 1 minute. I had to wash it off immediately. This medication wasn't even covered by my Benefits and was a waste of $40

After waiting for Dr. Booshehri for over 1.5 hours, I had a 10 minute conversation before she gave me all sorts of medications and rushed me out of her office. She printed the information outside of the office and continued to explain the medications in the HALLWAY. I had follow-up questions and we had to continue the convo in the hallway. On my way out, I told her staff that she shouldn't be telling me information about my medication in the hallway. She called me back to apologize - only it was AGAIN in the hallway for everyone to hear. I told her this type of conversation is private and shouldn't be done in a hallway. When we finally went into an office, her apology was filled with excuses and a condescending tone. She said she was doing me a "favour" by further discussing my medication information in the hallway. She has the content knowledge, but she needs to check her ego. Patients don't understand her 10+ years of medical jargon. Our tax dollars are paying for her to explain things so when we leave, we are prepared. I feel sorry for elderly patients and patients with English as a second language!
