She spends a maximum of 2 minutes on the phone and doesn’t even hear out the issues before saying a specialist will have to look at it not me. Also the receptionist never pick up the phone unless you call early in the morning or they will ignore it. Overall this entire doctor’s office is a complete joke and avoid it if you can

I am fortunate to have such a wonderful doctor! She takes the time to listen to her patients, and addresses our concerns in with kindness and empathy. I am grateful to her for being so reassuring, knowledgeable, and taking such good care of me. Thank you for all that you do Dr. Jawanda!

Horrible with 2-3 hour wait times, when staff is asked about the time they rudely respond. Doesn’t give longer than 15 minutes in appointments and ROLLS HER EYES at the patients. Will not answer questions instead will simply ignore them or change the topic. Always in a hurry. DOESNT CARE ABPUT HER PATIENTS. don’t go here

Dr. Jawanda has been treating my family for a long time, and I'm so grateful to her for her patience, knowledge, and empathy. She takes the time to listen to all of our concerns, and truly cares about what is best for her patients. Great clinic. Thank you Dr. Jawanda!

Ridiculous, will be out of returning patients soon if they don’t change their behaviours. Their staff is awfully rude, never answer the phone. The wait times in this place are horrifically long and the doctor on top of that is always in such a hurry and tends to make unnecessary comments. Never available for actual help. Would recommend switching. They definitely don’t give a family doctor vibe at all.

Dr. Jawanda is amazing! She has been our family physician for over 20 years and has always been extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring! She listens attentively, sends me for any needed test/specialist when needed and has always managed my medical care with an excellent bed side manner. Dr Jawanda is personable and willing to listen and then come up with a medical plan that always works! She has been instrumental in helping me get back on my feet from an injury and I would not have been able to get well so quickly without her wonderful medical care! She is a blessing to our family and to our community. Her work in helping our south Asian community during Covid has been amazing and she has helped keep our family safe and healthy!! Her tips during this difficult have been clear and concise!

She has been my family doctor and my extended family doctor for as long as I can remember. These past 5 years she and her staff has been slacking. Never picking up the phone and never an available booking time for 1+ weeks. If we do get an appointment we never feel heard and teh appointment is cut short. I have been going to walk in and been getting a much better treatment. I have asked for my file to transfer and they keep delaying it. After 2 years I found out what was wrong with my doctor when a walk in clinic referred me to a specialist.
