The doctor has recently hired nearly all new staff. The new staff consists of all young ladies. They are unable or unwilling to answer the phones or greet patients with any sort of courtesy. The new “billing manager” was so busy yapping about not being able to handle her own finances, she overcharged me by 8 times the cost of my bill. It’s not ironic to me she can’t handle her own finances.

Dr. Hodges has treated our whole family with various eye problems. He has always explained any procedure in full, several surgical procedures have entirely successful. He and his office have always been polite and helpful.
