The staff on reception in this surgery are rude and unprofessional. Grace the secretary is a nasty human being and in the wrong job. Also needs to go to slimming world !!

Awful!!!!! I am a new patient through a boundary change resulting in my having to leave the practice I had been a patient since birth. I consider Dr Russell to be a clock watcher, he does not take time to listen and is pre-occupied by time. he spends more time telling you that you only have a 5 minute slot leaving me feeling stressed and harassed and to relay my health concerns. I have only been in this practice for 3 months and....there has been a significant deterioration in my health. I am actively perusing finding a new GP practice. I would strongly advise anyone considering this particular practice to avoid at all cost. Awful!!!!!
