Extremely poor experience, less than 5 minutes of consultation after a 45 minute wait, was basically fobbed off. Had been sent all my info from my GP and then acted surprised at the basic things such as the fact that I have heart failure etc, claimed no to have my recent holtor monitor results that were emailed in and then proceeded to not even be interested in looking at them when I resent.
Super poor experience.

The girls at on the desk and nurses were all amazing. Dr Alasady on the other hand couldn’t care less. Unless you want to go private. $400 to spend 5 minutes with him. Pointless and overly expensive. Better doctors out there!

Had seen another cardiologist who just wouldn’t listen and was quick to throw medication without running any testing, which actually induced the episodes I was having. Moved to Dr Alasady and he’s been outstanding. Listened and considered my symptoms, explains everything and makes sure all questions are answered despite how busy he gets. Have had two procedures with him now that have been great and management literally life changing. His knowledge of conditions has been very reassuring, and he’s not been afraid to say he doesn’t know what some things are (which he then seems pretty proactive to follow up with other specialists or look further into it). Can’t fault him. I’ve seen over 20 GPs and 10 specialists in the last few years and he’s up there in the dream team. His office team have been equally attentive and proactive.

Dr Alasady implanted my CRT-D device in April 2020 and I saw him approximately half a dozen times after that before moving from Canberra. I found him to be excellent. While undoubtedly very busy and, on occasions, behind schedule for routine appointments, I found him to be caring, polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. As anyone who has had a similar device implanted knows, fitting the left ventricle lead requires care, precision, manual dexterity and patience. All of the feedback I received from the surgical team indicated that Dr Alasady had done an excellent job. Postoperatively it took several sessions over a few months to find the optimal settings. Dr Alasady and the Medtronic's technicians were extremely helpful. The device continues to operate as intended and I have had no issues. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Alasady to anyone who requires a Cardiologist or Electrophysiologist.

Rude, Arrogant, Self-Inflated Ego and extremely Unprofessional. Would never want to see this Dr ever again. Extremely unhelpful and told me there was nothing wrong with me, when there clearly was and thus denial put me at risk of serious harm. Don’t see this doctor whatever you do, there is much better doctors with better knowledge and better bedside manner.

Highly recommended, a very knowledgeable man. The waiting room is very busy and because he takes the time it takes we waited nearly an hour; however when it was our turn Dr Alasady was very generous with his time and answered all our questions in language a layman could understand and that made sense. Highly recommended.

I waited for 1,5 hours just to have a 5 mins consultation. It felt so rushed and my condition was considered "non life-threatening" so they would do nothing. I didn't even get any suggestion on what supplement I should take, what activities I should avoid, just dismissed my case straight away. Will definitely looking for a second opinion elsewhere.

Gave me my life back. Very detailed introduction, explanation of diagnosis, operation and later visit all superb. He capably reduced complicated medical procedures into layman language.
