Ok, now I know why he runs late all the time! Bernard gave me and my wife undivided attention and answered all our questions (my wife is a nervous wreck normally) in a way we could understand calmly, even followed up with a phone call the week after! What a gentleman!

I regard Dr. Shui almost as a personal friend. He has the most caring approach to his patients that I have ever experienced and I cannot recommend him enough. My wife and I are so sad that he has moved elsewhere. I would like to find where he has relocated. Alan M

Sad to hear he has left that aweful medical one clinic with the rude and unpleasant receptionist . I don't think I've ever come across a doctor so helpful, warming and caring as Dr. Bernard Shui I do hope I can we are able to see him wherever he is gone . - one sad patient Geelong
