Dr, Lalaine Lao has been my family's dentist for more than 20 years. When my children were young and growing up, we took them to Dr. Lalaine Lao bec. the kids always felt comfortable and at ease with her and her staff as they provide our dental care. Now that my children are grown, they still go to Dr. Lalaine as she has been our trusted family dentist throughout the years. I personally have every confidence in Dr, Lao when she performs dental procedures on me. Being in my 60's, with health issues, I admire how Dr. Lalaine takes extra care in dealing with me. She always asks how I am throughout any procedure and never forces anything on me if I am not comfortable with it. Thank you, Dr. Lalaine Lao. I have known Dr Lalaine Lao for more than 15 years now. She has been our family dentist since we arrived in Surrey in August 2002. We all love her - my 3 children, my husband and I.

For me, she is the most kind, accommodating, honest, and flexible dentist of all. Her warm personality and professionalism are contagious and her laughter makes you want to come back to her office just to chat with her. Although she is all the time fully booked and super busy, she makes sure she establishes connections with her clients. She has built friendships with everyone. Her clients are given excellent services on time and all the time.

Her dental knowledge, including her clinic, is one of the best in Canada, She is full of wisdom and sense of humour- an excellent combination.. Her clinic is equipped with latest technology.

All staff are great and professional as well - friendly, helpful, efficient, well-groom, and polite.
