Excellent doctor! Wonderful ultrasound technician found a rare tumor in my heart and within days got me in for surgery at Scripps. I am happy to be alive and back to normal thanks to Dr L and her staff.

This doctor saved my mother's life. She diagnosed her with a blockage when other doctors told her nothing was wrong. I cannot thank Dr Ludington enough. My whole family is indebted to her.

Poor office staff and overall experience ce with this MD. I think Dr. Ludington is a con artist only out for money. She's a terrible diagnostician and likes to hear her own voice but doesn't really treat any patients personally but does the same treatment for all. Reporting her to the AMA

Dr. Ludington has difficulty accepting questions about her treatment plans. She placed me on a new medication knowing I was leaving the country and I had an adverse affect and had to come home two weeks early. She should never place someone on a new med and not monitor them more closely. When questioned the staff becames defensive.. There are two sides to every story and they need to listen to the patient.

Poor billing staff. Paid $90.00 upfront for vitamins, then billing person harassed me about receiving money from my insurance company saying I owed them $90.00. I was stupid enough to buy vitamins again, and a month later I was billed for them. Also the doctor does not respond to questions left on the patient portal. I wrote a message on the portal to ask why it said I had an irregular EKG. The billing person responded that she didn't have my correct insurance even though she had billed my correct insurance earlier in the year. I went back on the portal to ask why the doctor didn't respond to my original question. I get an email that there's a message on the portal for me, I try to log in but it says I need my PIN number instead of password. I don't have my PIN because I didn't need it once I set up a password. Her office calls to tell me about the PIN number. I WANT A CALL FROM THE DOCTOR to discuss what I wrote on the portal about my EKG! Very poor communication. I will not go back.

I am very happy to be referred to this doctor. She is very kind and caring and even helped me cut down on my medications. The office is very pretty and clean too and the staff seems very nice and friendly. I am telling every one of my friends about Dr. Ludington!

This doctor has her own test machines, right in the office and I was given many tests, all expensive, results inconclusive. I prefer a physician who sends patient to another source for tests. In addition I found out after I left her that it was some of the B/P medications which were making me ill. She didn't recognize me after I had been with her for 2 years.
