Dr. Mary McBean in Spribg Hill TN - after leaving me waiting for 2hrs past my scheduled appt refused to discuss all the issues I listed claiming she didn't have time & I'd have to come back another time. Sure so I can pay again and waste another 2hrs of my day for 5minites of her time!!! I don't think so!! I spoke to a friend & discovered she did the EXACT same thing to her only she had to wait 2 1:2hrs!!! This is ridiculous!!! If I'm going to wait 2hrs to be seen I want to discuss both issues I've listed!!! To top it off I was sent downstairs to the lab for tests to find they are at lunch so I have to wait another half hour for them to return then there are two patients ahead of me!! So much for making it to work for an 11am appt!!!! Do NOT go to this doctor unless you have an entire day to waste!
