I made send 3 emails to the email that was given to me by the front desk to arrange a followup to dr Zorio after a neck surgery and not one was answered

Dr Zorio is an excellent person and a wonderful gentleman, but his staff take too long to respond, phones don't get answered, they say the rooms are open from 09h00, but phones won't get answered at 10am. I had to keep following up on reports that were still not sent to the oncologist (at the oncology appointment) where the oncologist had to phone his rooms. I am still waiting for a letter regarding my mom's surgery so I can claim from insurance. His staff are useless. The aftercare at Millpark is scary.

He is so kind and reassuring and the best in his field!
I appreciated his care and the care of his team particularly since I was an international patient who was so lost

Dr. Zorio and his team have been very supportive, helpful and understanding of the challenges we are facing as patients. Milpark doctors are in sync from radiology to surgery and linked with some of the best doctors from other netcare hospitals. I would not be here if it wasn't for the support and knowledge that Dr. Zorio has shared.

I had the privalage of being a medical rep to Dr Zorio, one of the first Dr's i worked with,
he was always one of the nicest, sympathetic Dr's i was lucky to work with.
honestly miss working with him, even into the early hours.

Spent more time unconsensually touching my tattoos and passing judgment on them than actually listening to my concerns. Also called me a psychopath when I told him I'm scared to get an injection into my coccyx bone because according to him it's psychopathic to prefer getting tattoos than that.

Felt discriminated against due to my tattoos for the first time ever.

Terrible experience overall.

Deplorable bedside manner. He used to be good but has definitely lost his ability to deal with patients. He makes wrong diagnosis and does not keep up with latest trends and complications that occur in complex cases. Does not listen to patient and is temperamental.
