In response to the comment below. The "old woman" that you are referring to has a name. How disrespectful to refer to someone like that. I for a fact know that the oldest woman in there is quite a wonderful lady. You never know what a person may be going through on any given day so you shouldn't pass judgement from a one time experience. Each and every staff member that works for Dr. Weiss is very kind and hard working. I have had nothing but satisfaction from this Dr's. work. I will continue seeing him until he is no longer there.

My experience with Dr. Weiss STAFF was absolutely horrible, on my first visit i arrived early so that i may fill out my paperwork, i returned to the reception area to give them my completed paper work, an older woman asked for my driver's licenses to make a copy, i went back to the waiting area to find myself WAITING FOR AN EXTREMELY LONG TIME, after 45 minutes of not beening seen or even acknowledge for my long wait, i decided to let the staff know that i would be leaving because i have been waiting too long, she stated oh, okay. The following day i discover that the older woman never returned my d.l., i called the office only to be 6told that they looked in the waiting area but they couldn't find my d.l., now if i stated that your coworker failed to return my belongings why would my d.l. be in a seat or on the floor, i am not a child & if the old woman, who clearly needs to retire, would have given it back i do have enough sense to return it back to its rightful place. After returning to this facility i walked in to no one at the front desk & only after the telephone rang did someone come to the front desk, i was then told that the doctor had a patient before me that had an appointment @ 1, & that my appointment was @ 1:30, & u got here @ 1:01 & left @ 1:45, i told this rude attitudish receptionist that i wasnt here for that, i just would like my d.l., this thing asked me if i looked on the chair, then stated they checked the office & the old lady wasn't in today, instead of trying to get smart she could have simply apologized for misplacing it, i could have taken the situation better, but when the whole staff needs to be in a nursing home then what do u expect, i dont recommended this free consultation foolishness because what's that old saying ~u get what u play for!
