Dr Jentel Has been my Gynaecologist for almost 15 years... For me, by Far the best I have had. Communication is the Key.. I absolutely love his serious face, but once he starts his consultation, His "Jentel" aura kicks in. Very precise, and will find the answers with tests or testing should he not have it. The only time I have ever had to wait or my appointment was not on time, is when Dr was called into an emergency Operation, and this I completely understand, as someone/s needed his attention much more than I did for my check-up.

With my 1st pregnancy he spoke about my implantation spotting as if it's a miscarriage. At 9 weeks I miscarried and me and my husband were broken we were really looking forward to our 1st baby together. With my follow up Dr. Jentel was not only 1 hour late for my appointment but the receptionist Margo made no apology they have zero clientele skills. When I entered the room I know I had to get my results as to reasons for the miscarriage and there are no medical reasons, he not only asked my name again instead of looking at on his file but he did not prepare for my appointment that is such a sensitive topic as I lost my baby at 9 weeks and he called my baby a product he also stated thr wrong weeks of my miscarriage and said 6 weeks, I had to catch him up with his own notes. He then realized oh his wrong and tried to right his wrong by calling my baby a product as to what formed, like dude I know because I help my baby in my hand and I brought my baby to you for confirmation you definitely don't need to explain my traumatic experience to me again. I came to find out why it happened and unfortunately this is just one of those things that had no reason but to be heartless and cold have no empathy or can place yourself as to how sensitive this is and call my baby a product, also you do not prepare yourself before the time do I have to catch you up on your own notes and you so impersonal to ask my name again. I don't think you in the practice because you need to have heart with what you working with you working with woman that gives life or losses them and you treat it as a product. A bloody product to me is a shampoo bottle not my dear baby I just lost.
