Dr. Pelfrey is exellent. I have been seing him for more than 12 years. He always spends as much time with me as is needed. He knows my family well and always is looking for the best for us all.

Dr. Pelfrey is part of a group of doctors, who are "in general" are good doctors. It's the office practices, itself which is bad. Here are some of the concerns: 1) overbooking and way in-advance 2) phone is always busy 3) follow-up calls take a long time, and they only leaves voice mail msgs. with little to no way of discussing the diagnoses. 4) back office staff is overworked and have the attitudes to show it 5) they are NOT taking any new patients 6) hours have been shorten and inconvenient

What can I say? Once in a lifetime if you are fortunate enough, a doctor like him comes along. He has so much compassion. He truly cares about the person that you are and gives 110%. He is kind, thorough, caring, patient, and follows thru. If he can't fix it, he sends you to someone who can. Truly a great Doctor. I can't say enought about him.

My family moved to Atlanta in 2001. I have never found a doctor like Dr. Pelfrey in 6 yrs. This man was wonderful to my family. I do not know if I will ever find a doctor who cared as much for my health or my boys ever again.This man took the time, effort and really cared about our family. I have been through breast cancer and many other medical problems since leaving Ohio, and only wished I had Dr. Pelfrey along side of me. MY family was one of his first he had in the practice, and now as adults they still say how much they liked him. We have not ever replaced or come close to a doctor who cared so much about us.
