Had a hernia operation in June, great treatment by Professor Ridgeway and his staff, out the same day , recovery has gone very well. Everything explained at the operation and in check up six weeks later. Francis.

Lack of patient care to my mother who has private health care. Phone line is never answered. Left waiting for procedure even while being on the urgent list. Lack of attention to patient files causing cancelled procedure (day of surgery).
