DR Stevens is a very good Doctor once you can get to him on the phone or in person. His nurse is unprofessional and rude and condesending. The staff of the Clinic who makes appointment and takes messages for the Doctor are very unprofessional and untrustworthy. I have left messages with the Office staff and with his nurse and he never got any of them . I have to make an appointment to get to talk with him. There is obviously no office manager over any of the Clinics staff of medical and non-medical personnel as they are very unprofessional and uncaring in there services to all patients . If there is currently and Office manager ..they need to be replaced

Individual that answers the phone & deals first with clients is rude. She's always in a hurry to "get the conversation over with", and makes no effort to talk to the doctor or nurse before assuming she understands the patient.
