I can’t say enough how much I love Dr Gregoriou. Her and her assistant explain everything to me and know how much I fear the dentist and they both make my experience as good as possible considering my fear. Her assistant even gets me a blanket for all my appointments because she knows it helps me feel comfortable. I’ve had a root canal and teeth removed and when she suggested an implant I didn’t think I would want to go through an appointment like that,, but went ahead and I can’t say enough how happy I am that I went through with it. Dr Gregoriou and her assistant are not only knowledgeable and explain everything, but they’re also funny and it’s always a nice visit. She is down to earth, practical and honest.

Dr. Gregoriou is an amazing dentist. I have been going to her for the past 5 years after my previous dentist that caused me lots of trauma. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, will see me in an emergency, her staff are lovely, and she does not overcharge or overbill like my past dentist did. I highly recommend her.

I would not recommend Dr. Gregoriou to anyone. She is always rushing through her work to fit in as many patients in a day as she can. All she cares about is money. She diagnoses work that does not need to be done like replacement fillings a year after being done. Why would her fillings only last 1 year before they need to be replaced? Her work is sloppy causing patients to come back over and over again for corrections for her only to bill more and more. Her assistant is rude and abrasive as well. Hostile environment as soon as I stepped through the doors of the clinic. Oh, and don't even consider getting an implant done by her..

Where do I begin. First Dr. Gregoriou came my way shortly after my original Dentist passed away at the same clinic. In times of good dental health things where good as our interaction was minimal. However over the last couple years I have had 3 root canals and 2 bridges on the same teeth and a retainer that never fit properly. The most recent bridge and second root canal in 2 years caused me of considerable distress. I was routinely told it can take several years for a root canal to settle down and my pain was a result of my bite which was changing. After 3 or more appointments to adjust my bite, I finally pushed hard and sought the advise of a specialist who advised I needed yet another root canal, this time though my new bridge. That was in May of this year. The other day my 2 .5 year old bridge also failed while having a light dinner.

Prices are higher than other dentists and when challenged on this I was told that they only used the best quality labs and products. Yet my high quality bridge with the best product failed, even though I can barely chew anything on that side of my mouth. Not to mention the bridge never fit my mouth and required considerable adjustments. Is the lab at fault or the person taking the imprints ? I am not sure, but their is definitely a pattern in this area.

Now I am looking at a $10000 bill if I am lucky.

If you would like over priced dental work, hygienist's who do extras work which is not necessary covered, have expensive root canal and bridge work that does not last 2 years....this is place for you. The question is why does the dentist still insist she is not wrong ? Why do I have to pay for here mistakes ?

Used to be a very good dentist but since COVID not so much. Now far too rushed. Probably because of time constraint not as good as previously to explain possible different procedures and their pros and cons.

Doctor Gregoriou is an excellent dentist, very knowledgeable and very kind. Always sees me in an emergency and so wonderful with my kids. She is just lovely as are all the staff. My friends and family now see her too:)

Dr. Gregoriou is a great dentist. Very compassionate and caring. Her assistant and staff are wonderful too. She takes time to explain what she is doing, always makes time for you in an emergency and does a great job. She never over sells. I have been going to her for 15 years...my entire family and neighbors go see her too now:) Definitely the best dentist around!

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Gregoriou. Very knowledgeable and professional care. I was very impressed with how she treated my children who were terrified by the dentist visit. They actually enjoyed their visits with her. Thank you Dr. Gregoriou.
