Dr. Finn and his staff are wonderful. I have had injections and most recently a facelift. I am 55 years old and I look and feel so much younger. I would recommend Dr. Finn to anyone. The procedure was explained in detail and went off with out a single problem.....in fact I was up and around within 24 hours.....I had no problems at all and I look great! They are awesome!!!

Apparently this plastic surgeon is hit or miss, judging by the reviews posted. Our experience is not positive. He performed unsuccessful rhinoplasty on my son and refused to take the responsibility of fixing it. His advice was to wait 6 months and then another 6 months for the failure to fix itself (which of course it did not) and offered filler injections to straighten the post-surgery crookedness, so I wonder about his ENT credentials and motives to go into the plastic surgery industry. His bed side manner is that of a doctor who has an inflated ego and is borderline arrogant.

Dr. Finn is an extremely talented surgeon. He is double board certified in ENT and Plastic Surgery. I fully trusted him to perform my Rhinoplasty. I had internal structural issues in addition to a small dorsal hump that always bothered me. I couldn't be happier with the results. I am now breathing through my nose better than I have in my entire life. The bonus is that my hump is gone and my appearance looks completely natural. No one has been able to tell what I had done but notice that I look better than ever. I'm so thrilled with Dr. Finn!!!! The staff at Finn Facial Plastics are also top notch!!! They are so personable and knowledgeable and eager to help. I also do all my Botox and Filler injections with Dr. Finn. I always look like myself just refreshed and natural. I give him my highest recommendation.

Dr Finn did my rhinoplasty and septoplasty over eight years ago. My nose is flawless. He keeps up my skin care and I haven't had a pimple in a decade. He does my Botox injections and is an amazing person, friendly and has always been consistent from his time at Aesthetic Solutions to his new practice at Finn Facial Plastics. He won't over-do your face ...even if you ask. Or beg. He knows sometimes we want a bigger difference on the outside than we need or can handle...and he communicates that in a kind, caring manner. I went there for my nose as recommended by Dr. Laura ...another plastic surgeon who does great breast surgeries and she did my lower and upper blephraostomy and liposuction in my neck, and jaw area from losing weight and babies and time. She said Dr. Finn was a board certified ENT and facial plastic surgeon who did great noses. She was right and I cannot imagine why someone would say Dr. Finn ruined their nose and they had to go to Duke. Clearly, their nose had more problems and ran into complications. Dr. Finn is not the kind of doctor that would deliberately botch anything. He is a fixer., an amazing artist and he gives back to the world by visiting and working in less fortunate parts of the world. To say he rushes is ridiculous...he is intelligent and his staff is considerate and loyal. They offer great privacy and his office is in a professional building...not a "mall!". I'm appalled by some of these bogus reviews.

Dr Finn does not back up his work. He botched up my rhinoplasty and refuses to fix it. I now have to have a surgeon at Duke correct Dr. Finn poor work

Dr Finn repaired a poorly done Mohs scar on my face due to a basil cell cancer. He took adequate time with me and did a great job. He was careful and caring in his approach to the taste and is excellent at what he does.

This office has problems. No confidence in Dr. Finn who had no interest in answering my questions or listening to me - just delivered his 'prepackaged speech' and left the room. Almost seemed depressed. Doesn't offer information regarding his complication rates, or hospital privileges and his staff didn't seem experienced - quite young and clueless. Very, very over priced. Located on an upper floor of a mall area which doesn't offer any privacy. Would not recommend to anyone.

I was recently diagnosed with a staged malignant melanoma of the face which required a very large excision followed by reconstruction of my entire left cheek. I was recommended to Dr. Charles Finn for my facial repair. His exceptional medical knowledge in combination with his kindhearted bedside manner created an atmosphere of comfort and calmness as I faced this extremely difficult moment in my life. Dr. Finn's surgical technique and unique skills are remarkable and his talent for repairing such a large wound far surpasses any surgeon I have met in my 30+ years as a registered professional nurse. Over 40 sutures along with total reconstruction of my left cheek were needed to completely close the wound. The results have been amazing just three months post surgery. He truly is a surgical sculpture who strategically re-created the left side of my face. I have regained self confidence and self worth as a result of Dr. Finn's extraordinary surgical talent. Thank you Dr. Finn.

I found Dr. Finn to be cold and have little bedside manner, he is uninterested in questions and rushed in and out very quickly. He didn't even wait for the numbing cream to take effect, which caused the injections to be very painful. Results are so so for the price paid.
