He is the BEST family Dr we have ever had, send you for tests, then does a follow up. I'm sad he is retiring.

Ken Bates is the best doctor I've ever had. He is amazing with my 8 and 4 year old boys. He is very knowledgeable and very thorough. He makes my children feel at such ease and totally takes away any nervous feelings they have. He makes them laugh while helping them with any problem they have. As an doctor for myself (32) he explains things so the make sense, he isn't all about just pushing a prescription and is definitely about quality not quantity. When you are in Ken Bates room, you feel important and like you are the only one there. You may have to wait in the waiting room for longer but once you get in there you know why, he takes his time with you and makes you feel important, and you will never leave unhappy in my experience.
