The staff is great, the office is clean. It is extremely convenient that he had many offices in New Jersey. The PA's treat you with respect. I would recommend this office to other people. Dr Santiago Centurion is also wonderful. He is always interested in what I have to say and he understand my issues.

The staff is terrible. You pay for a specialist & you get a PA . I shouldn't have had to pay my co-payment of $70.00 to a PA . I went to this office with a terrible itch on my entire body. The PA decided to call it DRY Skin. The first visit I thought maybe she's right. After the creams & ointments I still had not relief. Another appt. another $70.00 co-pay to a PA. No appointments are available with the doctor for 2 months. The Pa enters the room and says " well Anne how is your Eczema" New diagnosis. I said I do not have eczema ,her answer Oh? She leaves the room without as much as an examination comes back 10 minutes later & hands me a bag. Tells me there is an prescription for a blood test, and a new prescription for medication which she called into CVS. CVS later called & said that the insurance company did not cover the new medication & I should call the office back to have them override the insurance. I did this & I was told I'd get a call back.. The call never came. I called again the next day I was told that they will call CVS. CVS never received the call from them. I've been calling them everyday for 8 days asking for the doctor. I'm put on hold until the receptionist comes back & tells me sorry the doctor is with a patient. I ask please to have the doctor.call me back. Once again I'm put on hold. She comes back again to tell me the PA who saw me was on another line. Not to worry she will call back. Nobody calls me back the next day. I call again & go through the same routine. Comes day number 7 and I tell the receptionist that if I am not able to speak with the doctor I was going to write a negative review. The office manager comes on the phone and tells me that she has put aside samples for me to pick up. I ask for the doctor once again (who is to busy to answer my call or have the decency to call me back.) I'm put on hold again . I'm waiting & waiting nothing. At this point 8 days later with no regard for the discomfort I'm having I'm so frustrated I go ahead & write a negative review. When I tell the office manager that indeed I wrote the review she's not pleased. I manager asks me to delete the review because shes giving me samples, therefore they are treating me. No way will I take out the review. Other people have to know what type of an office this is. Young or old no person should go through this type ofdiscomfort.

This office is the most disgusting, dirty and unprofessional doctor's office I have ever seen. He should be embarrassed by the office staff he has representing him, they are rude, unprofessional, dirty appearances, lack of knowledge and concern, and violate HIPPA privacy laws by discussing patients to other patients. I would not trust this office to a bug. The doctors do not return phone calls and are just as rude as the garbage representing them at the front desk.
