Do you enjoy sitting and watching your doctor make nonsensical excuses because she is more concerned comfortability then your quality of life as her patient it's pretty pathetic. And not even good excuses. Half of them flat-out lies and twisted portions of the truth. If you don't want to do your job properly then get a new job.

I really like Dr. Koscica and nurse Dee. The office staff is terrible. It is sometimes impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. Case in point, I have been on hold for 23 minutes trying to schedule an appointment! I find the office staff to be rude and very unhelpfull.

Seemed to have too many patients scheduled for the day exam seemed rushed.
