Her husband is annoying and ridiculous , why is he even there , she is rude with kids , she slapped my nephew when he moved , they are horrible people and shouldn’t be in business

My husband and I have gone to her previously and thought she was alright. This past winter we went there again and it’s a totally different story. She redid a crown on one of my husband’s teeth, and by February he was sick with a terrible infection. He had a loose implant crown that he had done in Mexico a few years ago. She was all ready to remove everything. We went back to the Cancun dental clinic and they tightened it up for free and said it would have been a terrible mistake to remove it. Too bad we didn’t get the crown done down there also. She cleaned my teeth and I was thinking while she was doing it, this is not how you clean teeth. She drilled and filled our three year old grandson’s tooth without freezing and wouldn’t let his mother stand with him. She could hear him screaming blue murder at the top of his lungs and couldn’t go and calm him down. The Doc will also start drawing pictures trying to explain a procedure and if anyone could figure out what the heck she’s talking about, it must be a miracle. And her husband as a receptionist is dreadful.

This dentist is good. Her husband, the office manager is another story. Smelling alcohol all the time , drunk sometimes and looking phased out most of the time.

Dr. Iova is knowledgeable, friendly and very good at what she does. She did an outstanding job on my filling today. I would recommend Dr. Iova and her Team.

This dentist is very hard to understand. Her husband who is her receptionist does not speak English and is verbally aggressive. She recommended to change fillings that were good and never bothered me. I had a lot of pain after her treatment. I will not go back to her.
