Worse doctors in the area. They do not own up to their mistakes, and they make costly mistakes. The doctors rush you thru and not very good at all. The staff is rude. I would not recommend going here.

My husband and I have been going to this practice for several years. I agree the staff is inconsistent, but they do fit you in on short notice whenever I am sick. Also and very importantly, the daughters especially are very skilled doctors. When my husband had a B12 deficiency, one of them determined it was from a medication he was on for diabetes, which his endrocronologist did not even discover! They have been great with us and always catch up on my file if they did not see me the last time.

Been a patient of Dr Frekko for many many years and have been pleased up to a point when his daughters started to do the "family" practice. Things have changed and it is now like a hit and miss experience. The Drs (plural) lack continuity and there are different experiences from different doctors. Some do NOT listen and are very RUDE. If you need a follow up visit and do NOT get the same doctor and then have to start from the begining. It becomes ridiculous. This is a problem if the treatment that is received differs from one doctor to another ... had follow up visits with 3 different Drs and still do not feel they remember, understand or even read the notes from the previous visits. Feels like a true waste of time and particularly when ther is no improvement. Finally went to a clinic and had immediate relief. Will be using other doctors, even though this is the primary "doctor".

New to the area and went with this practice. Front Staff is rude and not friendly. Care is hit or miss. With Tibor it is a MISS. I saw him for 5 minutes--he stood with his back to me the entire time and that is how we conversed since he was looking at the computer. I went as follow up to go over test results--I had to ask about certain outliers in blood work that were concerning to me. Did not care about my health concerns. Will not return.

Was dissapointed that there was no doctors on Friday July 1st to see any patient (went vacation????)I wish the receptionist would have told me they were booked! May be I would have felf better. Overall its a good practice but they need to organize themselves who to stay back and see patient we understand its a family practice.

I recognize all the negative comments on this page. I went for a neck injury after a car accident and the staff got it wrong several times when they walked into the room and said "so, you're here for [another condition]" - the other condition had been several years prior. I had physical and had to almost physically stop Dr. Frekko to ask questions as he ran out the door after spending about 5 minutes in the room. Then a week later I get a call from a staff member who I could barely understand who says "Dr. Frekko says [test result] and you should go on a [alternative diet]," then hung up. I have since switched doctors and found out that there is no need to put up with this.

I have been a patient of Dr. Frekko (and now his daughters as well) for over 15 years. I visit at least six times a year (medicine checks) and for bronchitis, asthma, pneumonia. The doctors take the time to listen to what I have to say, and are very attentive. The nurses are high quality and caring. The office staff is professional and very helpful. They do their best to work me in around MY schedule. I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Dr. Frekko has been my physician for the last 22 or so years. He and his staff are great. When his two daughters joined the practice a few years back, I was pleasently surprised with how easy the transition was. They are wonderful physicians just like their father. They are very knowledgeable and up to date with current trends in medicine. As long as I remain in this area I will never have need of another office. There are 3 great doctors right here.
