Dr. Simoni uses Groupon to try to build up clientele, does not honor the Groupon, but instead tries to talk you into another procedure. If you give him a bad review, he files a lawsuit against you for defamation.

I wish I had read all the negative reviews before, after rhinoplasty he refuses to hand out information regarding what exactly was done (because he knows he did something wrong), i can see his patients complaints increasing day by day and wonder how such a man can still smile and perform surgery in this country?

I had a visit with Dr Simoni. He was completely honest and professional. I feel comfortable
going forward with my rhinoplasty. He takes you and lets you see what you are looking for
using computer imaging. Very helpful

I hope you viewed my profile photo. Can I say any more? Terrible. It looks worse than it was when I first went in there. I went in four times within a four month period to try to have his injections corrected and each time he wanted money for touch ups and he never made it right in the first place. I am going to demand my money back but he seems to be the type of person that has no ethics and does not know what he is doing. Every day of my life I regret having gone to this monster for my nose job. He took away my money, my self esteem, and my youth and gave me a botched nose and a lot of depression. To anyone who is even considering going to this man for a surgery, do not walk...RUN away. If it's a matter of money, wait a year or 2 and save some more money to go to someone who actually knows what they're doing. A revision is so SO much more money (and so much more complicated) than a primary. He not only lacks any surgical skill whatsoever, he is a complete crook. Please save yourself a lot of misery and look elsewhere.

I had a rhinoplasty with Dr.Payman Simoni: it went wrong, my nose looks horrible now. I am just one of many many victims who were deceived by Dr Payman Simoni. Luckily I found a good surgeon who will correct that fatal mistake.

I can not believe that such a human being shamelessly calls himself "a beverly hills plastic surgeon of the stars" , and even appeared on TV!
Dr Simoni got the guts to continue performing surgeries on people despite the many customer complaints and many surgeries that went wrong!

He dares to locate his rip-off office in the heart of Beverly Hills looking for new victims, ripping people off, lying to them... A money greedy surgeon without any skills. It is a big shame for the american plastic surgery scene to have somebody like Dr. Simoni Payman representing the United States art of plastic surgery.

The result of my rhinoplasty is ridicolous, everybody looking at my nose now is wondering whether a "medical doctor" or a layman did the surgery, it looks way worse than before, uneven, crooked, even the breathing is worse than before. Dr Simoni having the guts to locate his rip-off "office"in beverly hills , he should more be in afghanistan or somewhere in the middle east where he comes from. On top of that a money greedy surgeon charging his patients for every little thing,cream,visit.

Thank god there is life after death so that people like him will get their judgement.

I had Simoni lift almost 20 days ago extremely happy with the result. He has high self confidence,he is an expert, and an artist. The result was outstanding and very natural. Although I am not an easy person specially when it comes to having a surgery. He answered all my questions calmly and patiently.I could fly back home 10 days after my surgery.I would recommend him %100.

All of the following is in my opinion: Dr. Simoni is the worst doctor you can possibly choose to do any kind of procedure let alone something as complicated as facial surgery (rhinoplasty) on your face. I had a very ordinary case, I went in and was fooled by him, his office location, and his staff. I had a simply primary rhinoplasty I came out with half of my septum literally protruding out of my nostril which completely obstructing my breathing (I had no problems with breathing before) as young female this operation completely shattered my confidence, I went through depression for an entire year, but thankfully I was lucky and I found an amazing doctor (Dr. Rollin Daniel) who did a reconstructive surgery the minute my one year waiting mark was finished.I now can breath much better and the look is 90% what I wanted in the first place (you can never get it perfect after someone messes it up as bad as simoni did) pick ANYONE but Simoni, the man is a liar and a thief.

I had rhinoplasty done with him and I can honestly say he knows what he is doing! He is amazing, the staff is wonderful and I knew I was in great hands. The post op was suprisingly painfree. I could tell right after I looked in the mirror for the first time after surgery that my nose looks great! and its only gonna get better! :) I would recommend Dr. Simoni to anyone is interested in plastic surgery. He is the one of the very best!!!

Dr. Simoni is a very kind and special doctor. He really cares about his patients. I had his "Simoni Lift", while awake, in one hour, and had no discomfort. It was great to heal quickly, have hardly any swelling, and look great within a couple of days. Also, Dr. Simoni does the best noses I have ever seen. My daughter had her nose done by him, and it is fantastic!! I wish I had known him 20 years ago when I ended up having four surgeries on my nose, and it still isn't right. I recommend him to everyone; I am an actor and a model, and my appearance is my career. dian van patten
