Dr Kaliray is one of the best doctors I've ever had. He has really been there for me and my family, especially during covid. Thank you Dr Kaliray.

I’m very happy with all the care Dr Kaliray has provided myself and my family over the past 7 years. We travel from across the city to come and see him. He is always polite, sincere and helpful. His new office is modern and clean and staff are super helpful! Would highly recommended

Dr Kaliray makes me feel very uncomfortable. He rushes appointments, barely listens.

I think what upset me the most is when he called me to tell me he had some 'serious news'. As a cancer survivor I was literally shaking. Turns out it was something minor on my blood test that I didn't even need any medication for, just need to bring my sugar levels down through diet and exercise.

After I put the phone down, I actually cried. I checked and the call lasted 3 minutes 12 seconds, and the call came more than 50 minutes late than my scheduled appointment time. I've been seriously thinking about writing to the College of Doctors in BC and making a formal complaint. I think the only thing that has held me back is the lack of another Doctor. It's so hard to find Doctors, I need my refills and regular lab work and so can't easily move. I honestly have lost all my faith in Dr Kaliray. I would urge people not in urgent need to consider moving their doctor elsewhere if they can.

Lastly I have given the staff a 1 because they are quite rude. They sent me another patient's letter from their specialist attached to my appointment letter!! When I called them I didn't get a sorry or anything, just told quite rudely to delete and they'll send again. I'm tempted to call the other patient and tell them as I still have their details!!

Keeps you waiting for an hour, rushes appointments and does not really care. No respect for anyone's time. If you're this busy, maybe review your own schedule? He used to be so good, I don't understand what happened in the past two years. I am actively looking for a new doc but like others have said here I just can't find one. The clinic is dirty, bugs everywhere and bins over full. Staff are rushed and stressed. Takes an hour to call through on the phone. This new clinic had so much promise but it's just awful. I feel like Dr Kaliray is just one mistake away

This doctor is friendly enough, but never seems to be able to help me out with anything - sends referrals that take ages for everything. Couldn’t even get him to prescribe me basic birth control (which I have been on for years) without being sent to a gyno.. also has repeatedly been around an hour late for my last 3 appointments.

I’ve always had great experiences seeing Dr Kaliray. He’s kind and likes to ask for my input when I have medical problems. I’m real glad he’s my family doc and have no hesitation in recommending him. The staff at the office are friendly and polite too.

I used to see Dr. Kaliray when he was working in a Vivacare in Guildford. I still think about him often, as he is the best doctor I've ever had. He really listened, cared, and would take his time during our appointments.

Dr. Kaliray, if you're reading this, thank you so much for helping me through the worst years of my life. You're incredible, I miss you, and you really helped save my life. I don't think I'd be here if you hadn't been there to listen.

It was my first time visiting Dr. Kaliray and I was quite disappointed with his early dismissal of me sharing my symtoms.. He gave a very quick diagnosis without letting me fully answer questions, only to go to a different doctor last week where I was able to explain and find the proper medication to treat my condition. I likely will not visit again.
