I had a breast augmentation some years back. My gynecologist in Germany, where I now live, tells me it is the best job he's ever seen. Completely natural looking and not one problem in over 10 years. None of my friends believe they are fake as the scar is also well hidden and very light as well as the perfect shape of them. I went from a double A to a C cup and it's been a dream.
