During a recent checkup, Dr. Fletcher told my daughter (the patient) NOT to wear a mask and to ACTIVELY TRY TO GET COVID-19. Dr. Fletcher does not wear a mask, offered to shake my hand, and I had to ask her to stand away from me. She volunteered that she currently takes Hydroxychloroquine (which she says is proven to work against COVID-19 in studies) and that she would prescribe it to my daughter once she gets COVID-19.
Dr. Fletcher told me that 70 percent of us will get COVID-19 and that it would be better to get it over the summer, even for me, an asthmatic.
She also gave my daughter a sheet of recommended vitamins, herbs, and supplements to take which include elderberry among other things.
Dr. Fletcher's approach and advice is in direct contrast to that of the CDC. And I believe she is a danger to the public in advising people to actively get a disease that spreads so easily and has killed so many.
I personally thought she was a f***ing kook and I told her so.

yea she threw me on the lyme train as well, got tested elsewhere and no lymes she also wanted me to spend hundreds of dollars on vit. yes she talks to you forever which sucks I have waited over an hour for my appts. while she spent an hour talking to another patient, quite frankly I dont need to hear her talk to me for an hour sometimes I think she just likes to hear herself talk. she has also been unprovoked rude and nasty so mush so I left this practice. I have at times been charged for PT and was not told so if she lays a hand on you let it be known they will charge your insurance for PT and not tell you.

Dr Fletcher says she has lyme, her animals have lyme, and if you're a patient there you will likely be getting tested for lyme at some point. She believes there is a lyme epidemic. She has been doing this for years and has misdiagnosed patients. If you're a patient of hers and have received a lyme diagnosis, GET A SECOND OPINION, ASAP.

All I know is that everyone seems to have Lyme disease with Dr. Sarah Fletcher. Doctors at John Hopkins had diagnosed me with a rare auto-immune disease. I wanted to have a local primary doctor to help manage my condition. But instend she kept testing my for Lyme disease when I had already been diagnosed by one of the top immune specialists in the Country. I spent time and money wasted on Dr. Fletcher.

I have been seeing Dr. Fletcher for over three years and CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS about her. Before her, I had seen a new doctor almost every month for five years. Every one of them was unsatisfactory in one way or another - they often did not take the time needed to listen to my health issues or would simply write prescriptions and send me away from their office. Dr Fletcher does neither. Every single visit, she takes as much time as I need. She listens to what I have to say. And, she will thoroughly research what she recommends to her patients! She does not just "write another prescription" for more pills. She has a wonderful bedside manner. Her staff is professional and on time. I'm 24 and in my 12 years of SERIOUS health issues, DR FLETCHER IS THE BEST DOCTOR I HAVE SEEN. Considering how many I have been to, that means something!

She was rude and nasty...wanted me to take many vitamins and mineral. B12 was one, I bought the B12 and needles and spent hundreds at the healthfood store. Went to my family Dr. right before I started it all and he said, all those medicines would shut my liver and kidneys down. Spent $500 and just take antibiotics when my lyme acts up. I don't recommend her and she is also rude.

Both my mother and I saw Dr Fletcher, as well as some of my friends. I was suffering with a lot of fatigue, and dr Fletcher tested me for lyme. She said she had lyme, and she even had animals with lyme. She tested my mother for lyme as well. She advised my mother to have a portocath inserted and to begin rigorous lyme treatment. My mother became sicker and sicker. She was told that this was normal. She continues to get sicker, not better, and even I as a layperson could see that something was wrong. In conversation my mother mentioned that there was always several lyme patients in the waiting room. I immediately felt sounded was statistically "off" and advised my mother to get another opinion ASAP. She did and it turns out she NEVER had lyme. What she had was Stage 4 lung liver and pancreatic cancer! I cannot help but question if my mother's life could have been saved if she was diagnosed correctly and so much time had not been wasted in a treatment that did not help her at all.

She has treated me for years and I can not recommend her enough! She takes the time to talk in laymans terms regarding your diagnosis and explain the proper course of treatment. She is more Lyme literate than most infectious disease doctors I know. She addresses all facets of getting healthy from treatment to diet, healthy living aspects, etc. I credit her getting me through the roughest years of my Lyme treatment and caring when no one else seemed to. She is a true blessing.

Dr. Fletcher is one in a million! She takes her time with you, is a good listener, makes good recommendations, never talks down to you. She was a Lyme specialist before other doctors in this area took the disease seriously. You know that she absolutely loves what she's doing and I can't recommend her highly enough!
