She is part of Dr. Osterholdt's group--which I will never go to again (I also wrote about Dr. Orr, who is in that group as well). She is condescending, will not answer your questions, and treats you like an idiot. I questioned the necessity, and efficacy of a test and she said, quote: "Just get it, because I have a master's degree and I know what is best." She cannot back up any of her advice with real numbers and tries to throw around her college degree as proof she knows better than the patient what is right for their bodies. I went on to get the test, and she jabbed me so hard with the Q-TIP thing they use to test it, it made me cry out from pain. And I am far from a whimp. You have be be really vengeful to purposefully hurt someone who was only politely asking for information with a swab. Stay away from that group of doctors, and go out of Springfield if you must. They're just terrible.
