does not know how to handle a problem or treat his patients with respect completely ignored my phone calls and acted like nothing happened and still expects payment. inconsiderate arrogant and cocky

Wow, reading these comments makes me not feel alone in this… but wow someone needs to sue this dude
But here’s my experience
Horrible, paid thousands of dollars to get my wisdom tooth removed. Went back in for my follow up and expressed that there was still a hole from the removal. Dr Schneider looked at me like I was crazy and said he didn’t see a hole? 5 years later guess what? There’s still a hole. I don’t understand why I was treated this way or disregarded the first time. I guess this what you call malpractice huh? Now they want me to pay for a consultation to see him again? Never again. If you are person of color don’t go here. Be mindful because they will disregard any pain or discomfort

would not take my worst enemy to this ego maniac. the care i got was terrible. i had to go to another oral surgeon to fix the damage he did to my mouth. not to mention the hours in the er to stop bleeding and infection. er tried to reach him but he never answered his emergency number. avoid him if you value your dental health.

never got any farther than his pitbull of a receptionist. nasty piece of work. seems he picks and chooses who has the best insurance or the best credit card as patients. i was shocked at the rudeness and uncaring no compassion attitude. wont have much of a career if he keeps this up. treat people like a human being, guess he didnt learn that at home or in dental school. AVOID HIM.

Staff rude and uncaring. Dr was in a hurry and was mean. No concern for my pain and fear. Would not answer questions and it seem like he just wanted to get this over with as soon as possible so he could get on to the next patient long wait in the waiting room and then long wait for him to come in and no explanation as to what was going to be done to me. I tried to explain to him that I had Dental phobia and he laughed at me and told me to act like an adult. It was awful and all it did was reinforced my fear I'm afraid to go back to him. I'm surprised at all the good reviews he gets on other sites because my experience and other people that I've talked to has been anything but good. He has become a big deal in the community and unfortunately I think he's starting to believe his own propaganda. Please don't go to him you'll regret it.
