Dr. Galloway has the best bed side manner. He is calming and will guide you through your procedure easing your concerns. Dr. G did that for me with my urgent colectomy.

Dr Galloway came highly recommended, diagnosed and repaired my 'Trifecta' Hernias. I am now pain free and again enjoying an active lifestyle. He and his staff are very personable, caring, and flexible. Absolutely would recommend Dr Galloway.

As a medical student who has rotated with numerous physicians, Dr. Galloway was among the best. He made sure to explain benefits/risks/alternatives of all his procedures to patients and takes the time to answer all questions. He genuinely cares for his patients and ensures he provides the same care he would give his own family and loved ones. I had the good fortune of meeting Dr Galloway April 2016 in the emergency room at Scripps Encinitas Hospital. Dr galloway literally saved my life shortly after I was checked in. I had a ruptured appendix with multiple abscesses in the abdomen. He was very skilled and actually did my surgery laparoscopically . My family and I feel very blessed that Dr Galloway was there for me. He really heard what I was saying after the surgery and made arrangements for me to be at home during my second week of recovery. I met Dr Galloway in the emergency room and after discussing my condition with him and my options agreed to surgery the same day. He was professional and gentle in his demeanor which was greatly appreciated. Surgery was successful and recovery has been excellent. I saw this doctor as an emergency surgery for a hernia. This doctor told me what he would due and about the pain. He told me the recover from hernia surgery is painful and prescribed medication for the pain. I was in pain but not extreme and that was due to the hernia. He is very nice, listen and informed about the surgery.I really like him and would recommended him to others.

I had a hernia surgery. Complained of severe pain. Pain management did not work. I begged the doctor and Scripps for help. The hospital ignored my letters for help and Dr Galloway told me there was nothing he could do even when I told him I could feel the mesh sticking in me. I have had three surgeries since to remove mesh that attached to my bladder bowl and femoral artery. Within the past four months I asked Scripps again for help---They ignored me once again.
