Went for a iovera injection to freeze right knee before knee replacement surgery the nurse promised that in 5 minutes no pain for 6 to 9 months I was stating to feel pain 20 minutes later when novican wore off took Tylenol and ice went to sleep In serious pain and called the next day first thing in the morning and surprised Ann Marie answered the phone 80 % of the time you have to leave a message and she'd call back the next day.she said she was emailing him around 10 am while I was on the phone no call.keep calling she answered Fri morning and promised me again he would call 430 pm.office closed till Monday. And Tues Dr Fasher told the nurse he canceled my knee surgery. And no reason. Ann Marie told Mr a hour earlier she sent the blood work across the street. His manager. I am in so much pain I feel like she damage my muscles by my knee bone. I am in twice the knee pain I was before I went I would not recommend that procedure I have to get a catscan Monday. I don't know if they will do it and Ann Marie doesn't answer the phone and I got upset with her said this is a knee surgeon. She said I have to Answer the phone 40 messages a day.and we can't get any help.i am getting my medical records and filing a complaint against Dr Fasher with the Nys. and she did not tell me the risk I Google it when I left and can do permanent damage to your knee .Google it iovera.i know she did a botched up job.i am furious and in serious pain and can't walk straight The Dr Fasher should of did it .it's a very painful process and she is unfit to do it .I would recommend you going somewhere else .I would not get my knee replacement now after what she did and no one wears mask not even the Dr .She refused to wear a mask.and I have a lung disease that is unexceptable.i wish I would of left I wouldn't be in this pain.i hope I can save some one from the anxiety and pain I went through.

I have very high regards for Dr. Fauser. He repaired my knee and I'm up and walking within a few days. It's been 3 weeks since my surgery and I feel great.

I have had two knee replacements with Dr. Fauser and two Carpel Tunnel surgeries. All surgeries went extremely well. Dr. Fauser has given me my life back. I will be forever grateful. In my opinion, he is the best.
