Dr. Joo was online on time and helped me set up the video properly. Dr. Joo was thorough in his assessment of my medical issue clearly having done his homework reading my chart prior to our meeting. He was very kind, patient, friendly, and courteous and clearly knowledgeable. He explained why the EGD procedure will help clarify and rule out issues I might have as the abdominal CT scan showed some changes in an area near the esophagus. He was very informative and reassuring; I would say he is an excellent gastroenterologist and I am grateful to have him as my GI doctor.

He was on time. He was prepared having looked at lab results. He answered my questions. Did not seem to be in a hurry to end the appointment. He is very personable and very knowledgeable. I feel comfortable working with him as a patient.
