Doctor Ali is not caring at all. All she cares about is moving on to the next patient. She doesn't pay attention to the details and she has lack self-awareness of how her reactions can upset patients. She should be highly coached on Emotional Intelligence. I'll strongly recommend that she should be watched and given some kind of guidance which can help her to improve on how to better handle her patients

UPDATE*** Since writing this review i have been told i need to find another clinic and another doctor. I have been told the owner of the clinic takes pride in her clinic and its best i go somewhere else. If this is true, its only fair the owner hear and see the truth written on how doctors in her clinic treat patients. Everything in this review was true and i was told "if i want to change it.. i can". My answer to that is No, because its all true.


I went to see Dr. Ali for a existing neck injury I have and have been wanting a doctor to take me seriously for almost 2 years . She was rude, did not want to get me a MRI although a specialist referred me for a MRI (I got referred from a walk in once when I went in because I was in so much pain).So,I finally get my results and she calls me in. First she blames her staff and gets super worked up for not having the report ready to go, when she just didn't know how to access it and her staff showed her. Second she made fun of the specialist who referred me and then says "that's not professional " and proceeds to laugh. THEN, she reads the medical terminology from the results and EXPECTS me to understand what she is saying. She was walking out the door as I was asking questions and everyone in the other rooms could hear! AND my chart was still up on the computer when she left the room!!!! She doesn't take the time to talk to her patients, she is very condescending and as a result I'm looking for another family doctor. Everything she has done up till now has been so unprofessional, I cant believe she is a doctor.

I started seeing Dr Ali after a WCB injury and she was helpful at first but when it came to pre-pregnancy planning she was dismissive and not very supportive in addressing my concerns. Once I became pregnant her level of care left me feeling unsupported, unsafe and overall coping on my own. I end up in the hospital with a miscarriage and they agreed that her lack of follow up and refusing to do a OBGYN referral was strange and that it is not unjustified for me to seek a new doctor. I do appreciate the staff and I will honestly feel bad leaving this clinic but Dr. Ali has broken her trust with me and my husband. We have experienced unnecessary confusion and suffering due to her lack of attention and care in hearing our concerns and following up with medical red flags.

After looking for several years for a new doctor, I found Dr. Ali. She has been very thorough and sympathetic on every one of my visits. I can see that she is busy, as are all doctors these days. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to see her. I also like that you are able to book appointments online. I feel lucky to have a good doctor like Dr. Ali. Great staff as well.

I visited her but she didnt have time to even listen to me as she came late and was rushing for another appointment. I was not even finished with my concerns and she left saying see you next time. I would never go to her and would not recommend anyone to her. This was my first appointment with her and she even didnt look at my previous reports.
