An amazing doctor and human being. I have been Wouter's patient since the Walk in Clinic days.
He listens, does not over subscribe meds, gives excellent advice and is compassionate.
We are lucky to have him here in Smithers and I am glad he is my Doc.

Dr Morkel treated my daughter in emergency for a serious case of mono. He followed up with phone calls to our home on a Sunday and guaranteed she was able to have lab work on Monday when it was closed to the general public as he was worried about her spleen and liver functions. I was very pleased as a parent.

Dr. Morkel is amazing...he always listens and gets to the bottom of a problem. He is a very caring doctor and always does his best for his patients. I like his humor and always makes you feel better.

front desk staff is often rude. Dr Morkel is good at investigation and getting to the bottom of the issue. He is easy to speak with and listens to his patience, even when he doesn't agree with them. Excellent doctor

I have been seeing Dr. Morkel since he had a walk in clinic. He has always been an amazing doctor. He takes the time to listen to you. I have had various illnesses from physical to mental and he has always made sure everything is looked at. He doesn't push pills. He makes sure that what he prescribes is what you really need. He even listens if you have your own theory without making you feel dumb. Thank you Dr. Morkel. His MOA Tamara is great too.

Dr Morkel has been my doctor for more than 3 years now and a better human being (Mensch) would be hard to find. He treated me and supported me through a very rough time, gave me hope and encouragement when I was devastated. Anyone should consider themselves fortunate to have him care for them.

Dr. Morkel is the best family doctor I have ever had - he takes his time, listens, is cautious to prescribe pharmaceuticals, and highly knowledgeable.
