Dr. Sanda Crainic-Popescu is a horrible geriatrician and an even worse human being. This disgusting woman lied and accused me of a crime with absolutely no proof, all so she could get the Public Curator involved and together they would commit my father to a nursing home. Crainac-Popescu lied that my father wanted to go to a nursing home when he was crying that he wanted to go home. She stopped a drug that my father needed and prescribed my father horrible drugs that he didn't need (according to my father's family doctor) and then told the court that my father needed to be committed to a nursing home ASAP and that his home could be sold to pay for it. Luckily the court didn't buy what this snake oil saleswoman was selling and she skulked away like the cretin that she is. If faced with this pernicious creature, you must stay calm, smile and calmly refute every one of her fabricated defamatory accusations. Oh, and she violates confidentiality too. She's a sleazy MD, similar to the one in the movie "I Care a Lot" and I pray to God that someday soon she gets her comeuppance.

If this is geriatrician Dr. Sanda Crainic-Popescu, then she is a terrible MD and a worse human being. She wanted my father to die just because he was over 80 years old.

Saw her argue and yelling at her staff, that seems pretty unprofessional.

I found her to be a capable, helpful, caring doctor. I do't know whether she has a private practice.
