arrogant doctor and arrogant staff at Apollo. Dose not care for patients- no method followed in booking appointments. for my 84 year old father, we had reached at the time of the appointment, and he and his staff said that my father will have to wait for anything between 2 to 4 hours. I requested that given his age, can he be accommodated early, the arrogant doctor said no, patients are expected to wait for me
