My dentist sent me to Dr. Peters for a root canal and I was fairly nervous for a root canal since I never had one before and to go to a new person in a new office made me even more nervous. Well, Dr. Peters put me at ease right from the beginning with her calm and confident manner and she explained everything that was involved so that I knew what was going to be happening. It was 100% pain free the entire time and my tooth felt better immediately. I did not know what a root canal would be like but I can definitely say I did not know it could be that easy and painless. Not that I want to get more root canals, but if I needed one I would go straight to Dr. Peters and her friendly staff. Thanks for making me comfortable again :)

I was a patient at the Gateway Clinic for about 3 years where I was treated by 2 other dentists as well as Dr. Peters ;however, she is an establishing partner in the practise and my issues are more with administration than professional staff. She was made aware of my concerns and avoided either a direct conversation with me or taking corrective action. Front office staff made numerous billing errors to my insurance and that of my son, causing delays and sometimes incomplete reimbursement for me. I asked to have my son's accounts faxed to his insurer instead of them being mailed - meanwhile I paid in full and often waited several months to be reimbursed, having to intervene several times to get that to happen. The office staff, who frequently appeared to be playing games on their computers and somewhat annoyed at having to attend to patients, refused to do this . They had told me at the onset that his insurer could not be ebilled. When I changed dentists, not only was I advised my son's insurer could be ebilled but, a lengthy procedure I had been quoted on at Gateway dental would cost me less than 1/10 for identical services. I am so happy I changed dental offices.

I saw Dr. Peters for the first time recently. I really liked how she explained all my options to me including the pros,cons,and price.. She has begun the work and I am absolutely amazed with her work....I didn’t even know it was possible to save that tooth! Thanks to my friend for recommending her.
