Neither myself nor my spouse have ever been granted time with the dr. Only PAs. They've been fine until Jared. He actually knows more about you than you do. Simply amazing. Now I can say I don't go to Jared's. Obviously too inexperienced to realize that actually listening to a patient instead of interrupting them has merit. Maybe because I'm older and not pregnant I have no value in their eyes. There are other doctors in Provo.

This clinic has a very positive environment. The medical assistants are quite friendly and helpful. Lisa Stubbs is so thorough and gives very accurate, evidence-based answers/treatments. Dr. Savage is very knowledgable.

I have gone to Dr. Savage for three pregnancies and all my general appointments and kid pediatric appointments. She is wonderful. In fact, I moved after my first was born, and I drive the extra half hour just so I can see her. She takes time to answer my questions. She doesn't freak out over little things and doesn't make me feel like I need to stress out over stuff either. I've has to call in the middle of the night, and she's been kind about that too. When my daughter was 2 or 3, she wanted to grow up to be Dr. Savage. My kids all love her, and she is great with them.

Horrible doctor. Was out of state when our son was born and still charged $1500 for her time in hospital (zero). Her useless associate doctor was there and did absolutely nothing but tried to charge our insurance a separate $1500. Our son had severe eczema and she said "don't worry it will go away." Never did until we went to see another pediatrician sometime later and he gave some tips that cleared it up within a week. The eczema was absolute torture on our infant son and torture for us to watch. He had several open wounds and itched non-stop. The final straw was due to several immunizations. They charged us $150 for one that he hadn't received (not due till much later) and their response was oops silly us. $150 more for each of two routine immunizations that our insurance didn't cover. "Those come for this batch, if you had asked for this other batch they would have been $20." My wife wanted to go with her because she was a female OBGYN but even she admitted how awful she was.

Terrible experience with this practice. I started going to Dr. Savage when I was pregnant with my first baby. She was very rude and did not help me with any questions or concerns that I had. She just acts rushed and like you're wasting her time. The whole office is rude, the girls aren't friendly and make it very uncomfortable to be there. I kept seeing Dr Savage after my son was born and she was not friendly with him either. No interaction at all and her usual rushed attitude. I STRONGLY recommend you don not go here for pediatric care. I really don't think you should go here for anything. I had a cervical infection that they didn't find for A YEAR AND A HALF after my son's birth. I went in 3 times and each time they made me feel like this excruciating pain was all in my head, and I had to pay the bill (we are self pay) everytime, even though they didn't do anything or discover what was wrong. I could go on and on... I never right reveiws but I felt I had to in this case.

When giving me immunization shots, Dr. Savage spent almost the whole time on the phone on a personal call, no apology. As my OBGYN, she knew it was my 1st pregnancy but gave no guidelines or what-to-expects along the way. The ultrasound dr. gave a due date but said that it was an unsure guess. We figured out our baby's due date & called to ask to induce. Her MA told us she refused & that we could not move up our app. to talk about it. We didn't even have a chance to give our reasons. I had an emergency c-section & I was terrified. Dr. Savage spoke 1 sentence to me the whole time. That was it. Afterward, Dr. Savage refused to give a refill on my pain meds out of the blue so I had to go off 'cold turkey' & went through painful med withdrawal...no guidance there either, just like the rest of the time. Also, I've seen her chew out her staff for small mistakes & she's generally rude to them. She doesn't care about her patients or her staff. Find a doctor worth the money.

I absolutely LOVE the entire team at Grandview Family Medicine. Their office is amazing. I've never waited longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room and they only call you back when you're next in line so you're hardly waiting longer than a few minutes in the room too. If I have extra questions, they spend extra time in the room to address them. I also love their extended hours and the fact that you can call their office and ask questions to save time. Ex) My son had a fever but instead of rushing into an appointment, I was able to call, they asked a few questions, said to try a,b,c, and then call back if that did not work, unless I wanted an appointment. They can always schedule you for an appointment within 24 hours too. They are very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I can't recommend them enough to others. Best doctor's office I've ever had. To the people who say they don't spend time - maybe they just didn't ASK for it. They are more than willing to accommodate any requests.

I love Shelley Savage. She has delivered 2 of my babies and I continue to go to her for mine and my children's medical care. She is very willing to talk about any options and I always have felt very well taken care of. If she is not able to be seen (if she is delivering a baby) you can get into see Lisa Stubbs, her PA and she is also wonderful.
