This Doctor performer a simple decompression for incontinience in L3-L4 told me I would have a 2 inch scar and be back to work in two weeks that was 2/2006. I have a scar from my shoulder blades to my butt, plus he cut to large of a horseshoe hole in my spine ..so my spine is completely in a very weak condition and the pain I live with is so horrific that it extends all of my back ...hips and right leg. I will live the rest of my life on opiads, muscle and nerve pain medication also meds for depression anxiety . I haven't worked since...now on SS Disability and to top it all off when I went back for my post op checkup. Sign on his door moved get your med records from Iron Mtn. So we tracked him Florida, but its too late now for me to get any compensation (statute of limitations I guess)....I finally had another Dr tell me there was too much bone removed, but what can I do anyone have any suggestions
