Dr. Obi left me feeling helpless as a patient. He informed me of a brand new diagnosis over the phone, and I had to request an appointment to learn about my new diagnosis. He did not offer any information; instead, he came into the exam room and said “I understand you have questions about your diagnosis.” As a patient, I was made to feel unintelligent asking questions about my condition. I will not be returning to this office.
