In an emergency type situation at Pincher Creek hospital, I was fortunate to be treated by Dr. Rottger. He was extremely knowledgeable, assuring and confident in his treatment and diagnosis of my situation. He has a dry sense of humour, which made me laugh at a time, when I didn't feel like laughing. I had a Sigmoidoscopy done in Pincher Creek that would have taken me 6 months to have done in Calgary. Just today, I met with my GP, she informed me that Dr. Rottger took the time to call her specifically when my pathology results came in. The conversation of Dr. to Dr. means a lot to me - as opposed to her just reading the results. That's very impressive to me.

Dr Rottger has incredibly poor bedside manner, is uncaring about his patients and is very ill informed about zoonotic diseases. As a fellow medical professional I'm ashamed to call him a doctor. If you want someone to actually treat your ailments and not question your judgement go elsewhere
