Great doctor and staff,all my questions have been answered and timely fashion he seems to be very knowledgeable and really seems to be to care

I was referred to this doctor for my back injury from work. He was polite at first two appointments. In his report, he mention the finding from my MRI images. He wrote in his March 2005 report about correct findings such as: Bulging disc, L4 - L5 protrusion, s-1 nerve root. My last appointments with him was ugly. He sat there, and refuse to listen to anything I had to say. He suggested for me to quit my job, if I was having a lot pains. He also, told me that my case needed to be close. I found out later when I requested my file, that Dr. Keith Birchard had changed his report of my findings to, Lumbar strain / sprain. Because he was the specialist doctor that was treating me, his finding was important to show my case manager at Labor and Industry that I still needed treatment. But, that didn't happen. Dr. Birchard had agreed with Labor & Industry. His report stated; Sprain / Strain. I advice, that people should think twice before seeing this doctor, he is Untrustworthy!
