I've never felt so comfortable at an office. They laugh...a lot. Its very comforting and you can tell that the staff are great together. I got my teeth cleaned and when Dr. Wong came in to check he was so accommodating and really nice to talk to . He makes jokes too which was different than my last dentist in Hamilton. I love living in the North and I'm thankful for all of the referrals to come to this office. My family and I are very happy . Steph and Family :)

No one likes going to the dentist, but as far as dentists go, can't get much better.

No concerns with Dr. Wong. Left this office due to unprofessional administrative staff. Would not recommend to anyone. Consider replacing your front desk and would consider returning.

I would advise you go to a different Dentist. He is unsure of what needs to be done, when it comes to anything out of the norm. I would suggest one of the better Dentists in North Bay.

My family has been patients with Dr. Wong for 5 years, and we enjoy the staff who are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Wong has been very competent and knowledgeable, and caring. He will take the time to explain all options, and listens well. The hygienists are very good at what they do as well. I would recommend this office to anyone. Happy to have them in town!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Wong’s for almost ten years. I attend every two to three months as my schedule permits. Dr. Wong has always checked my cleanings, despite not being my yearly check –up appointment. My husband was seen immediately when he sustained a dental emergency. The office is very clean and my appointments have been punctual.
The staff is very friendly and professional and we are always greeted with miles of smiles! I will continue to recommend Dr. Wong’s practice.

I have attended different dental offices ,and bar none my favourite is Dr.Wong the staff is top notch very helpful very knowledgable always fun and professional and compassionate to always meet my needs and schedule ,the whole team is amazing with my 2 girls making them comfortable and at ease with every appointment I highly recommend Dr. Terance Wong to all family and friends and to anyone in search of a dentist that you can feel comfortable with !! Dr Wong does not seem very confident, almost awkward to talk to. Left my apt unsure if I wanted him to proceed with further treatment. Staff unprofessional, overheard them talking about personal issues .

He takes the time to explain things and what the options are. We have a few kids, and after literally dozens of appointments and various procedures over the past few years, we have had zero problems with him or his staff. They have always been courteous to us and good with the kids. Would recommend him for sure.
