She is interested only if you go private. I was referred to her and saw her at first as an inpatient at stepping hill hospital. She wasn’t listening to what I wanted to say and told me off for going to the a&e after 4 months of excruciating pain. Her knowledge about endometriosis and PMDD is very limited and her lack of empathy is obvious.

As a patient, Dr Batra was kind, caring and extremely helpful when I saw her. As a nurse, I recognise the importance of finding someone who listens and cares and I am very fortunate to have found her.
