I have always had a long wait in Dr. Zdral's office; it runs like a "patient machine" . His office is usually so busy that there should be a "take a number" dispenser. His staff is efficient but not very personable. They whisk you from one room/procedure to another without much explanation about what they are doing or why. Dr. Zdral himself is cordial and takes the time to explain.
