The visit was rushed, he did not take the time to explain everything. He formed an opinion and never examined the case from other angles. I felt like I had to prove my point, instead of discussing it. He was not attentive to my needs whatsoever.

The doctor is perennially in a rush, going in and out of the room. Your train of trout gets interrupted and he leaves you with lot of questions unanswered. The less said about the staff the better; They don't return phone calls (including the nurse - you cannot reach the doctor). Precerts they say takes 3-5 business days, but invariably you have to follow up and only then not they call the insurance company. They also lie to you that the insurance company takes a long time to certify and I immediately called the insurance company and they said that they had not received any calls and that once they received the call, it takes precisely 5 minutes for them to approve. The doctor's office then said that my papers had gone for transcription and hat's why they had not called. I think that they take on too many patients and are then unable to service them properly. The one exception was Dr. Rudolf Zach (podiatrist) who took the time to answer all of my questions.
