Dr.Jean Cossette performed a kidney stone operation (laser) without properly assessing the stone's location before the surgery. Despite enduring significant pain and trouble for two weeks post-surgery, another doctor reviewed my post-surgery scan and X-ray, revealing that the stone remained. Currently, I am experiencing pain due to the presence of a stent (double J), which cannot be removed without a second operation. However, I am hesitant to undergo another procedure with this careless surgeon who appears to lack concern for patients' well-being. He is so arrogant.

This doctor has no empathy for his patient. No human contact. He's not looking for solutions to solve the problem but he is looking how to not do his job instead.

Pas contact humain. Parait narcissique. Parle au patient comme si on le dérangeait. Diagnostique de cancer de la vessie. Il ne démontre aucune empathie, très expéditif. Nous a dit entre les lignes il n’y a rien a faire retourner chez vous mourrir…. Deuxième opinion obtenu ailleurs ET OUI il y a quelque chose a faire!!!!!
On parle d’une vie, ce qu’il semble avoir oublié avec les années.

5 mois après sa vasectomie, j'ai encore de la douleur à l'aine. Il a fait une seule incision d'un côté pour aller chercher les deux canaux de part et d'autres. J'ai eu beau lui dire que j'avais mal depuis l'intervention, que je n'avais pas reçu de coup, pas forcé, rien changer et ça ne lui faisait pas un pli sur la poche! La pire décision de ma vie.

I'm surprised from the comments below. Dr. Cossette was an amazing doctor with me. Helped diagnosed a kidney issue, prescribed all the right scans and follow-up to ensure I was treated in a timely manner. Booked a surgery for me with a specialist for my kidney. He took time to look at the scans with me, explain everything, prescribed medication to help me while I wait for the surgery. Really he is a great Doctor. (Funny and very human on top of it!) Thank you Dr. Cossette !

Told me to wait for a surgery, that there was no problem and not even 2 weeks later I had to go to the hospital emergency at night because of the pain and I am now waiting, on pain killer, for my surgery. Incredible...🙄🙄

Doctor not interested in the patient. it has no insurance card then have to pay disease ok this is normal no problem, but it does not give a receipt! Ask for the post and he demands to have the insurance card if he does not see the patient even if you pay! It's illegal does not he know it?
