Dr. Haiek is very patient and knowledgeable. She helped a lot with our newborn and also a she is an excellent family doctor.

Dr. Haiek is amazing! She was very helpful with both my newborn babies, she gave me the support I needed for breastfeeding, specially having a lactation consultant nearby. She is very up to date with health Canada regarding children's nutrition and other sicknesses. She is very up to date with research. She even saw me for a little issue when I am

Dr Haiek is amazing. When I was struggling with breastfeeding my newborn I was referred to her weekly breastfeeding clinic and was given an appointment a couple of weeks later. She called me herself that evening and told me to come in the next day to see her. Thanks to her quick intervention I was able to continue feeding my son. What's more, she was incredibly compassionate at what was a very difficult time in my life (with all of the emotions that go with not being able to breastfeed as you had hoped/planned). She continued to see my son while our family doctor was on maternity leave and even helped both my husband and I with our health problems. She is also extremely knowledgeable about infant feeding. I really can't say enough good things about her.

Doctor Haiek is a very patient and very kind doctor. We are glad we have her as a doctor for our daughter. She takes the time to answer questions and if she doesn't know the answer, she researches them for you. She's never rushed and doesn't maek you feel like she wants to get rid of you. I love the fact that she is not fast to prescribe medication compared to her previous pediatrician who wouldn't think twice about prescribing medication at the drop of a hat.

A true family doctor. Doctor Haiek is caring and always takes the time to answer your questions. We are blessed to have her has our family doctor, it is very rare to find someone like that.

Dr. Haiek is amazing. She is always kind and professional. She always takes the time to answer all questions, and makes you feel like the only patient there, even though she is always very busy. Like all doctors she is often a bit behind in appointments, but if you make an early morning booking that is not often a problem. She only has a few days a week in the clinic, but I have had problems outside her normal hours and she has made accommodations which is unheard of for me! She is our family doctor, but is also a specialist in infant nutrition and breastfeeding. She is extremely knowledgeable and conscientious, and speaks Spanish, English and french. We have been her patients since my daughter was born, and we couldn't be happier. She even calls to check up on her patients in the evening, and will arrange to see people during her lunch etc. if it is important. She is clearly a doctor who cares about her patients and is very good at her job.

We had trouble finding a pediatrician for our baby and after much searching we found Dr Haiek who is a family Dr. But she does seem specialize with babies and youngsters. While we do have to always wait 15-30 minutes to get in to see her (compared to 2.5 hours with previous pediatrician), Dr Haiek is friendly, listens well, is great with our 2 yr old, knowledgeable and also, when she's not sure about something, takes the time to look it up. We never feel rushed even though she's busy. One issue is htat she's only at the clinic 1 or 2 days a week, so not great for urgent illnesses that come up.

Laura is very good. She is a good doctor and always gives good answer to all my questions. As most doctors in Canada the appointment is short and you have to wait more than you would like for it (but at least it is worth and she is very nice with my kid - now 1 year and 9 months) Plus the advantage that she speaks spanish, french and english making patient very happy :)
