The nurse Nancy is rude. She was practically yelling when I called with a question about a medication the doctor ordered. For my first visit the doctor was really listening. The second visit he didn't listen at all to anything I was saying. In addition, it's all about pills, pills and more pills. Instead of substituting a medication he just kept adding more. I won't be returning

He did a great job for my colonoscopy. I was a little bruised on my thigh but otherwise woke up fine. The office charged me ahead an amount and even received a refund and no unexpected extra costs.

I went to dr krawett for colonoscopy and an endoscopy. I didn't feel like he paid much attention at our result consult. I was disappointed. His staff is aggressive and at best unprofessional. Records were requested two times once on phone and once by fax request. Things happen they say they never received fax. That happens even though I had a confirmation. When asked if this could be expedited I was told would try but could not guarantee it. The tone of office girl Mandy was belligerent at best as if she was doing me a favor. I would not recommend this office for the staff alone. This is the second run in I have had with this staff. It's most unfortunate. We have as a family used dr krawett for years. No longer true.
