The staff are wonderful to deal with very helpful and made me feel at ease. Dr Ly and his staff are highly knowledgeable and professional, very happy as a patient.

Suffered from sever hypermesis during my pregnancies. Resulting in acid wear on my teeth. Was asked if I had any addiction issues. Also had hygienist laugh and say omg your teeth are bad for someone this young. Referred my kids to specialist for unnecessary fillings. Went to a nre dentist. New.dentis cant believe how they "wrecked" my teeth. Terrible service terrible dentist.

Both myself and my husband are clients of Dr. ly’s We couldn’t be happier, we moved from out west & they made us feel very welcomed. Cara is very helpful with insurance information & always has a smile on her face you can even tell through the phone conversation she is smiling on the other side. thank you for your service

We had an appointment this week, the staff is always friendly, helpful and makes us feel like a part of their family. You can hear their laughing every time we’re in the office which is a great feeling to hear/see. Thank you for your service, highly recommended.

Service has declined significantly in the last few years. I've been over billed, needless procedures suggested by dentists training at Dr. Ly's practice and the receptionist does not listen. Will not go back

This practice will find any excuse to fill your teeth. Unnecessary fillings are the norm here. The technology is archaic and the skill level is extremely low. There is no investment in modern equipment. Whether it is Dr Ly or Dr Hasan it won't matter, they will perform unnecessary procedures just to make a buck. Me, my son and my girlfriend had perfectly healthy teeth destroyed by this practice. My “filling” is crumbling after 8 months, my son may need a root canal due to over drilling a healthy tooth and my girlfriend now needs multiple crowns due to shoddy work. Never go here!! It will cost you more than just money....
